When you enroll in a Clover Medicare Advantage plan, you get a LiveHealthy Flex Plus Visa card. We add reward dollars to your card as you complete each activity.

What's the difference between the OTC benefit and LiveHealthy Rewards program?
Is a benefit given to members each quarter that allows you to purchase commonly used healthy items such as vitamins, band-aids, toothpaste, aspirin, etc.
Is a program where members can earn Reward dollars by completing activities that promote good health. You can even do some activities without leaving your home. And you can spend your reward dollars on just about any products or services! †
How much money?
$30 - $45 per quarter
(Up to $120 - $180 per year; amounts may vary by plan)
Up to $410 per year
(amounts may vary by plan)
Are there any time limits to use the funds?
Must use within allocated quarter
(Jan.-March, April-June, July-Sept., Oct.-Dec.)
No quarterly restrictions
When are the funds loaded onto the card?
OTC dollars will be loaded onto the Flex Card at the beginning of each quarter.
Reward dollars will be loaded after completion of the Reward requirement (load time may vary based on verification of Reward completion).
Is there a limit on what I can use the card on?
Yes, you must purchase OTC items from an approved list.
No, you can use Reward dollars on most items (grocery, transportation, etc.) except alcohol, tobacco and firearms.†
What if I spend more than what is on the card?
If you go over your quarterly amount and have Rewards dollars on the card, the overage will be covered by your Rewards dollars. If you do not have the Reward dollars, you will be responsible for the overage.
If you exceed your Rewards dollars on the card, you will be responsible for overage.
Can the funds be converted to Cash?
